What is a fast way to put labels on DVDs? I'm told thermal printing takes about 10 minutes for one: UGH! - ?

Can you answer Ben Yeshua's question about printing?:

And is the thermal etching of the disk coating, or does it use "hot" ink cartridges?

Labels seem cumbersome and expensive.

What do you think?

Thanks! Ben

Additional Details:
I'm asking about low runs, not commercial printing. Just making disks for our church projects, maybe ten at a time for each disk.

The costlier CD printers are faster. The paper labels have to be put on precisely and prone to screwing up. They can peel while in the drive, which can cause a drive failure.
