Why the four basic colors need to be impressed in a particular angle to a printing plate to get high quality?

Can you answer Pradeep V's question about printing?:

I have read an article related to printing. It was saying that the four basic colors CYMK(Cyan, Yello, Magenta, Black) need to be printed on to the plate in separate angles(say for eg, Cyan in 75 degree and Yellow in 25 degree etc) to get the high quality results. What is the reason behind that? What is the relation between the angle of impression of a color and the quality of printing?

The combination of those four simple colors at different angles are what 99% of magazines need to make a print of a photo…if you have a loop…high magnifing glass you can actually take any magazine and see the photo is a series of these dots…some areas are overlapping slightly.
