Are you talking about instant refunds? If so, HR Block, People's Income Tax, Jackson Hewitt all offer those. But do beware that those are loans and they charge fees to give you a loan plus if you don't pay it back they come after you. Best thing to do is to e-file your refund to the IRS and have them direct deposit your refund into your bank account. This only takes two weeks.
What are you asking? Are you asking about refund loans?
I'm not sure what you're asking about. Income tax refund checks are cut by the government. There are no "websites" that link up to that.
If you're talking about "Refund Anticipation Loans, those are made by banks that are in cahoots with the tax prep mills. They charge insanely high interest rates (I've personally seen them as high as 2,300% APR!) in exchange for gettting you your refund a week or two ahead of schedule. The check is cut by the bank, not some "check printing service."
