Suppose Castle Point wants to print a catalog of current items. How long would it take to print a list of 2,5

Can you answer andrewdecoste's question about printing?:

Suppose that Sky-High is predicting 25 percent annual growth, on a current base of 90,000 customers. If the growth pattern holds, how many customers will Sky-High have in three years? If it takes about 12 minutes to enter a new customer into the system, how many additional data entry operators will need to handle the growth next year? Assume that an operator works about 2,000 hours per year. Also, assume a 30-percent annual attrition rate for existing customers.

Suppose Castle Point wants to print a catalog of current items. How long would it take to print a list of 2,500 items, at five items per page, on a laser printer rated at 20 ppm?

Wow, that's a lot of questions for one question! I'll try to answer the one mentioned in the title, which happens to be the easiest ;)
To print a catalog of 2500 items, 5 items per page, at 20 pages per minute:

2500 items / 5 items/page = 500 pages

500 pages / 20 pages/minute = 25 minutes

Now, of course, printer specs for ppm aren't always accurate, and assume things about the "average" page which might not be true of your particular pages (e.g. amount of graphics or use of color on the page), so it could take longer. Also, many desktop printers don't hold 500 pages in their input tray, so you might have to stop to add more paper.
