How do I print a catalog on Microsoft Publisher?

Can you answer kasia the pirate's question about printing?:

Tomorrow I have to go into school early and print out a 'catalog' on Microsoft Publisher on an enormous HP Laser Printer. I know that there is a special way to print these pages out so they come out back to back. How would I feed the paper in so that it'll come out back to back? Also, there are 20 pages in the magazine, so would that be 5 pages of paper that I would need?

When you go to print your 'catalog' view the images in the box and you will be shown how the document is formatted. Before you press print - look underneath the image box and there are two little round buttons. If you press one at a time, they will show you how to load the paper and how to reload after a first printing - that's if you want to do it manually. I suggest you do the first time you print. Good luck. I hope this helps.

The printer itself will probably have settings for printing double-sided. If your layout is a spread: two pages per sheet side, then yes, it should be 5 sheets.

I don't use Publisher (and in the professional print business and catalog and magazine business, it is highly disliked), but if it gives you experience in setting things up in spreads and accounting for how the pages need to be set up to print and bind as is done in the real world, that is a good thing.
